Important Information
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this requirement.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available.

No Charges are Assesed until Backordered Item is Shipped
Please be assured that you will not be charged for any backordered item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped anywhere in Texas, as we are headquartered in Austin, Texas.

Texas State law requires tax to be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping time indicates "time in transit". Merchandise will be shipped within 3-4 business days after order placement.

Custom ordered designs often take 2-3 weeks to craft and then require your express written approval of the completed design before it goes into the manufacturing phase. Once your custom product is manufactured and assembled, you will be notified of an ETA on the shipment date. Sample shipping costs included below and are dependent on product(s) chosen, quantities and zipcode:

UPS STANDARD (5-7 business days): Approximately $15.95

*Sugarluxe does not collect duty and taxes to Canada. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. The Sugarluxe shipping charges do not include any brokerage fees. Please refer to the Canadian Shipping details below.

Canadian Customs General Guidelines on How to Tax

Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs

Anything over $20.00 CAD (including gifts) will be subject to Customs fees

Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped

PST & GST taxes are generally a 15% fee for residential and non-commercial shipping. (GST currently at a constant 7% and PST currently varies from 7%-8%)

The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise which is also determined by Customs

As part of the NAFTA, all items that are made in the USA will be duty free; however, they are still subject to PST & GST taxes and brokerage fees

We will be glad to make an exchange or give you a refund (credit to your charge card) for any non-personalized items with which you are not completely satisfied.

Custom items are not returnable, however, we will always exchange your belt strap size if necessary.

All items must be returned to the Sugarluxe Studio within 14 days of the shipping date unworn, unused and in perfect condition.

Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. You will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable. You will promptly receive a refund (credit to your charge card) upon our receipt of the returned item.

We regret that we must limit retail orders to no more than five (5) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. If you have any questions please contact our studio.
