Shipping time indicates "time in transit". Merchandise will be typically be shipped within 3-5 business days after order placement because each item is made to order in our studio.
Wall art can take between 4-6 weeks to complete. All shipping costs are dependent on product(s) chosen, quantities, weight of package and zipcode
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement and with applicable rush fees. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate only. |

We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs. When shipping framed canvas artwork, we use FedEx as our primary shipper. In situations where we can reduce costs for our customers on smaller shipments, we also offer US Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail.
Shipping charges are based on the item(s) you choose, the weight of your package and where your package is being delivered.
With all services, we utilize real-time shipping rates pulled directly from the carriers to provide you with the actual costs to ship.

If your total package weight is less than 13 ounces, we now offer USPS First Class mail as an option to you to help you save on shipping costs.
We are always looking for ways to reduce waste. Often times, there is no need to use a corrugated box with a lot of peanuts to ship one small item.
To provide this option, orders that qualify and/or if when selected via Shipping Options at checkout, your item will be shipped via a poly-mailer made of up to 30% post consumer content. These envelopes offer the most lightweight and smallest packaging available to reduce waste and space. They also offer protection from damage of your goods from moisture.
We are constantly in search of new 100% recyclable mailers. Feel free to return your poly-mailer to us and we’ll gladly reuse it!

The Sugarluxe Studio is located in Austin, Texas (USA), which means that some orders mailed may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer to us.
Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. International orders pass through customs, which may add additional delays. |

A residential delivery charge does apply to shipments within the U.S. made to a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from a home.
