If you find any obvious exterior damage, refuse the package and send it back to us. We'll promptly send you a replacement. If all looks fine on the outside, open your package upon receipt. If it is damaged or defective in any way, contact us immediately. |

Please keep in mind that your purchase will not be pulled from a shelf and shipped.
It is actually made specifically for you upon receipt of your order and can take several days before it is ready to be packaged, ensuring that it is fully dry and not at risk of damage in transit.
Artwork on canvas typically ships within 3-5 weeks from receipt of your order.
All canvas orders are shipped to your home or business via FedEx ground service. Orders are shipped in packaging that has proven to be effective in preventing damage. |

Giclee (pronounced "zhee-clay") is French, meaning "a spraying of ink." With the advent of giclee, the art of reproducing fine art has become even more precise.
Displaying a full color spectrum, giclee prints capture every nuance of our original paintings and have gained wide recognition from museums and galleries throughout the world.
All artwork is produced in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas. Each print is produced individually with careful controls ensuring color fidelity and accuracy. To finish your artwork our custom framers complete each piece by hand using natural wood stretcher bars. |
